Genoa planning to bring Mario Balotelli back to Serie A
The newspaper indicated that Alberto Gilardino, the coach of Genoa, had contacted Mario Balotelli to join his team.
Press reports had linked the 34-year-old striker to joining Torino as well, especially after their Colombian striker Duvan Zapata suffered a cruciate ligament injury.
Balotelli played for several clubs during his football career, such as the two giants of Milan, Inter and Milan, in addition to the English Manchester City and Liverpool, and Marseille and Nice in the French League.
He also played for Brescia and Monza, then joined Sion in Switzerland, before making his final stop with the Turkish team Adanaspor.
